Mission:  To serve families at GBC and go out on hospital visits and general thoughtful care

Ministry of Mercy
Sister Loyce Alexander

Mission:  To serve by sending cards to members for birthdays. anniversaries, new births, etc. Also responsible for e-mailing college students, following-up with members who have transferred, moved, etc. with letters, cards and CDs

Building Operations
Imani Robinson

Mission:  To serve by cleaning the church and all general maintenance of the interior of the property. In addition to assisting Jr. Deacons with snow removal. Also orders toiletries and supplies

Grounds Operations
Imani Robinson

Mission:  To serve by keeping GBC grounds immaculate such as mowing, trimming, mulching, cutting bed-lines, and picking up debris from lawn area and parking lot and all items related to the exterior of the building

Repairman/Helper - Persons responsible for minor repairs to Church property such as chairs, replacement of doorknobs, painting, cleaning, etc.

Community Payback Supervisor - This person will come twice a month for 3-4 hours supervising youth with building grounds maintenance at GBC.

Benevolence Committee (Board appointed) - These persons serve to evaluate, to search and find information concerning the application of each candidate and then to confirm the benevolence needs to the Board of Elders and Deacons. This Benevolence fund better known as Deacon fund serves as an aide in helping members of GBC who may encounter crisis are have special needs physically, financially, etc.

Building Committee (Board appointed) - This selected group of people are chosen at intervals when Grace Bible Church is in the process of doing a building project analysis or estimate. Awards and Recognition - Persons responsible for recognizing different individuals (children, teens, college students and adults) for outstanding service, grades and youth achievements to be acknowledged during Sunday service. Also involves keeping track of children and college student's grades, honors, etc.

Finance Committee (Board Appointed) - The Board of Elders recommend committee members for a three-year term. (Many succeed themselves twice.) The committee exercises supervision over all financial matters related to the operation and maintenance of Church properties. They present monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Board, annual financial reports and proposed budgets.
