Administrative Assistant (Virtual)
Duties for this position are intended to be performed virtually and remotely. However, infrequent in-person presence will be required for coordination with the in-person staff. The most significant duty will be producing the weekly bulletin (GBC Weekly) for electronic dissemination. Other responsibilities include preparing weekly flyers for foyer display, setting up, updating, and scheduling mass text and email communications, preparing and emailing announcement slides to the Media Team, and communicating with the website administrator to transmit event flyers for website/social media posting.
Administrative Assistant (In Person)
The position will manage all activities in an office administrative role for the church. The position requires strong office skills in communication, computer, and clerical management. Exceptional organizational and planning skills are mandatory.
